Artemisia Aussies was created by the amazing Judy Henigin. Artemisia Aussies is a registered ASCA Australian Shepherd Kennel and is a AKC breeder in Merit.

Judy has been working with AKC Aussies since 1996. She is very knowledgeable in working with Australian Shepherds and uses her knowledge and professionalism to teach Aussies in various venues such as:  Obedience, Agility, Rally, Fast CAT and Conformation. 
This allows each dog to perform to his or her best! 

Judy uses an ethical and moral rule when it comes to breeding her dogs with others. She makes sure that DNA tests, Xray, etc. are done and will go beyond to make sure that any other tests needing to be done happen so that all Aussie puppies are healthy and happy.  

Did you know, Judy is the owner of a Grooming Shop in Winnemucca, NV called Posh Pets. There she uses her show dog style in each of the animals she grooms so that they come out looking their best. 

For 20 years, Judy, has worked with various 4-H groups as a 4-H Dog leader. She taught the 4-H members in training dogs to do agility, showmanship, proper care of each dog and how to respect their animal, along with much more information. 

Judy's passion for her work whether showing, teaching, grooming, breeding, or training, shows in all the dogs. She uses love and understanding and they in return have fun, playful and loving personalities. Though kennel is in her description, all dogs that come to her are raised inside a house. Judy treats these dogs as family and believes aussies make the house a home.
